James Beard-nominated the father-and-daughter team food truck for Best Chef Southwest semi-finalists in 2023. Hailing from Chihuahua, Mexico, they operate one of the city’s favorite food trucks. The dishes, served on paper plates, pack in flavor with tacos, hotdogs, and burritos.
