Tara Earley brings bi-coastal business experience and more than 30 years of living in The City Different to her clients - individuals, partners, and families. She combines together the grounded character of the Midwest, the fast-paced sophistication of New York City, Chicago and San Francisco, and a love for nature and the outdoors - borne of her time spent on the California and Connecticut coasts and in Tucson, AZ. 

Tara is consistently among Sotheby’s top producers specializing in luxury homes, horse properties, and land. She has a strong work ethic and a commitment to superior client service.

Tara has the perspective of having been both a part-time and full-time resident of Santa Fe and she understands the nuances and the neighborhoods of both the city and the county. She is an experienced equestrian bringing her knowledge and understanding of equestrian properties to buyers and sellers alike. 

Following a successful career in marketing with more than 20 years as a partner in a successful advertising and communications agency in San Francisco, for the past ten years Tara has served as a trusted advisor to clients looking for the perfect property and investment in Santa Fe. Both sellers and buyers find in Tara a steady hand and strategic partner enhanced by her professional marketing skills and real-time knowledge of the market. 

An avid sportswoman, Tara is a member of The Club at Las Campanas and the Santa Fe Tennis & Swim Club. As a community leader, she serves on the board of The Horse Shelter and has served as president of homeowners’ associations in Santa Fe and northern California. Tara supports The Santa Fe Symphony, The Youth Shelters, Bienvenidos Shelters, The Adaptive Sports Program, The NM Association of Food Banks, and Santa Fe and Española Animal Shelters.
