Envision an Equestrian Life in Santa Fe, New Mexico

All three managing partners: Ricky, Cathy, and Tara have significant equestrian experience. Each has distinct knowledge and experience. Tara serves on the Horse Shelter Board and is an active rider and a horse owner. She is currently sponsoring two shelter horses named, Bravo and Nahvi.

(Nahvi)

Ricky and his wife Cathy, own and ride horses and have horse facilities on their property north of Tesuque. Finally, Cathy’s youngest daughter, Tessa, is an avid rider and competitor. Collectively, the RCT Team has deep equestrian knowledge specific to New Mexico that they are willing and eager to share with both buyers and sellers.

Currently, the RCT Team has two equestrian property opportunities for buyers. The first is located at 117 Tano Road, a 6-bedroom and 9-bath home with equestrian facilities approved for multiple horses.

Sited on 5.4 acres the equestrian facilities include an outdoor sand-filled riding arena as well as a barn that includes a small indoor arena, three indoor covered stalls with breezeways, a hay storage area, and a tack room. Attached to the barn is a 1,000-square-foot bunk house- complete with a bathroom and kitchen. Two storage sheds on the property are available for storing tools and equipment.

Tano Road stretches out into the perimeters of the Las Campanas community, near to the neighborhoods of Las Dos, La Tierra, and Aldea. In the rural outskirts of the Santa Fe metropolis, these neighborhoods often feature heart-stopping views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and a resplendent landscape of meandering arroyos, steep canyons, towering flat-topped mesas, and small-peaked buttes.

Tano Road is still within close range of Santa Fe’s vibrant city center and numerous activities. Homes come on large, spacious plots of land perfect for creating your private oasis. Residents tend to have a strong sense of civic duty which translates into the excellent upkeep of the many neighborhood amenities. In Tano Road, Las Dos, and La Tierra, you can find everything from opulent estates designed in regal Spanish revival style that feature tall arched doorways, colorful tiling, and nature-inspired exterior palettes; to the more traditional adobes with luxury finishes or sleek modern mansions with glass-paneled walls and artistic details.  Learn even more about the neighborhood, here.
