During the 2025 Haciendas Parade of Homes, the Grand Hacienda award was won by Big Art Building Corporation for 17 Vista Bella in Lamy, New Mexico. 17 Vista Bella is a stunning spec build overlooking the Galisteo Basin, Ortiz, Sandia and Jemez Mountains.
Unlike a typical open house, Haciendas Parade of Homes is designed to reveal how homes are conceptualized, built, and lived in. Parade-goers have the opportunity to engage directly, ask questions, and interact with the homes.
While homes differ in size, price point, and style, each demonstrates the builder’s thoughtful integration with flow, the surroundings, and attention to quality craftsmanship. The parade emphasizes both design vision and technical execution, helping to demystify the homebuilding process.
