About Melanie Sandoval

Melanie is a proud local native who values her heritage and deep connection to the community. Her passion for real estate began during her own journey of upsizing her home, when she immersed herself in learning the Santa Fe market. What started as personal research quickly grew into a lasting interest and career path.

After closely following the market for a short while, Melanie ultimately found her dream home with the guidance of Ricky and his partner. That experience solidified her decision to pursue real estate—and she knew there was no better team to join.

Over the years, Melanie has become an integral part of the team, contributing in a variety of roles including broker support, showing agent, transaction coordinator, marketing assistant, and operations manager. Today, she is a licensed real estate broker and is also dedicated to her role as a listing coordinator, where she specializes in helping sellers and the team ensure every property is expertly prepared to showcase at its very best.

Outside of work, Melanie devotes her time and energy to her three children. She proudly considers being a mother her “main goal in life.” In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, yoga, DIY projects, and music.
