About Melanie Sandoval

Melanie Sandoval is one of the newest member of the team. She brings a willingness to learn and assists Ricky Allen and Cathy Griffith in continuing to make the client's dreams a reality. 

 

As a New Mexico native, she's familiar with local culture. She likes to pride herself on being diverse and able to relate to others. Melanie's journey started when she began to research and learn about the Santa Fe market during the process of up-sizing her home. This moment sparked an interest and passion for real estate. While following the market for several years, she found her dream home with the help of Cathy Griffith. At this time she realized that becoming a real estate agent is what she really wanted to do... and what better team to join! 

 

When she is not working, she is giving her time and full attention to her 3 children. Being a mother is her "main goal in life" (her words). She also enjoys yoga, DIY projects, and music.
