Meet Ian
Transaction ManagerIan Lockwood is a New Jersey native with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ithaca College. After an 8-year career coaching university athletics, Ian made the transition to real estate when he moved to Santa Fe, NM.
Licensed in New Mexico since 2014, Ian has worked as an Associate Broker alongside some of Santa Fe’s top brokers, contributing to hundreds of successful transactions. In 2024, he was invited to join the RCT Team, where he now manages all aspects of transaction coordination.
As Contract Manager, Ian oversees every phase of the transaction process, from the initial offer to the final closing. Though much of his work happens behind the scenes, his meticulous and thorough approach ensures that clients receive exceptional care every step of the way.
Ian’s enthusiasm for real estate stems from his experiences living in beautiful regions across the U.S., including New Jersey (the forgotten, rural northwest corner), upstate New York, Florida, Virginia, New Mexico, West Virginia, and Colorado. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, whom he can often be found wrestling with.
